Am I lucky or what?

Who is ready for another amazing author? I know I am, I hope you enjoy.
My questions are in red

1) Can you please introduce yourself to everyone and please share any of the work you are doing?

Hi everyone! I’m Elyzabeth M. VaLey and I’m an erotic romance author that loves to write, read, sing (even though I can never remember the lyrics), doodle, bake and spend time with my furry kids.
I’ve been published for several years and written everything from contemporary to historical romance. My romantic pairings range from male/female, to male/male to menage such as MFFF or MMF.
My latest release, Arcanus Amator, published by Evernight Publishing is a contemporary/ fantasy male/female erotic romance and it’s an Editor’s pick.
Last year I was a runner up in Evernight Publishing’s Reader’s Choice awards in 3 categories: Best fantasy with A Dragon’s Heart, A Demon’s Blood, Best Naughty Fairy Tale with The Golden Cock, and Best BDSM novel with the anthology The Crimson Rope. If you have the time I invite you to vote this year at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/P6C3KQ2

2) Do you have a favorite genre?

I love all genres, but I do have weak spot for fantasy. Most of my novels have some element of fantasy in them.

3) Did you always want to write or what inspired you to do it?

I’ve always wanted to write and you could say I’ve been doing it since I learned how to. However, I became a published author in 2009 with a few stories published in a website called The Long and the Short of it. My first published novella came out in 2011 with the now extinct Silver Publishing.

4) Do you need a nice quiet space to write or are you blasting your music and writing?

I’m a musical author. Writing with music inspires me.

5) If you could give one tip to someone who wants to write what would it be?

Write. Write. And write again. Make the time. Even if it’s just 500 words a week, that’s better than nothing.

6) What is the big dream? In other words where would you like your writing to take you to in the future?

Like most authors, I would love to be able to write full time and live from my writing.

7) If you could meet anyone living or dead who would it be?

I’d love to meet JRR Tolkien and ask him about his writing and his writing process.

Now the fun questions:

1)
Do you like pizza or salad?

Both, but if I had to choose… who can resist pizza? Yum!

2)
What do you like more cake or fruit?

Cake. Cake. Cake. Three cheers for cake!

3) What is your favorite kind of music?

I love metal music, specially gothic metal.

4) Who is your favorite Author?

I don’t have one particular favorite. There are a lot of wonderful authors and books out there.

5) Do you like Vampire, Werewolf, Fairy or shifter men when you read for pleasure?

I like them all!

6) Do you have pet's?

Yes, I do. I have two dogs, Brego, my 3 year old Black Lab and Ginger my 13 year old Boxer. I also have a love-hate relationship, (she hates me, I love her), with my cat, Millennium.

7) Do you have favorite animal not your pet's but like wild animals?

My favorite wild animal is the tiger. They’re beautiful. When I was in second grade I had to do a report on them and ever since them I fell in love with these wildcats.

8) Do you like city or suburbs better?

A good dose of both? Naw, actually, I think I prefer the suburbs. Commuting is a hassle but there is nothing better than getting home and being able to see the stars at night.

9) If you could live anywhere where would it be?

Sweden.

10) Do you have tattoos? Do you want one?

No, I don’t have any tattoos, though I’ve always wanted one. The problem is I’m too scared of the  pain.
11) Do you like guys with tattoos?
Oh, yes.
12) Do you have a favorite place you like to be?

 My house.

Now it's time for,

 Gizmo's Corner:

1. Hi, I am Gizmo and you are?
Hi, Gizmo, nice to meet you! I’m Brego and I’m good.
2.  Do you go to any stores? If so which is your favorite store?
I like to go to the pet store nearest to my house. There’s plenty to see and occasionally the women at the cash registry give me a treat.
3.       What is your favorite toy that you play with?
I like to play with tennis balls or with my big, multi-colored tug-a-war rope.
4.       Do you have a favorite animal show?
No.
5.       Do you chase cats?
No, my mom won’t let me.
6.       Do you like off the leash parks better than walks?
Off the leash walks are the best! We live near a nature path where I can walk and run free.
7.       Do you like having belly rubs?
Is it possible not to like having belly rubs?
8.       Do you like it when it's warm or cold out? Day or night?
I prefer the cold to the heat and the day to the night because I can see better when I play ball with my mom.
9.       What is your favorite treat?
It’s going to sound strange, but I love hot dogs, especially turkey hot dogs. Yum!
10.       Do you sleep on a human bed, a dog bed, the top of the couch, the floor or the crate

I sleep on all those places. *grin*

Author Bio:
Defined as weird since she was about eight, Elyzabeth honors the title by making up songs about her chores, doodling stars and flowers on any blank sheet of paper and talking to her dog whenever he feigns interest.
Losing the battle to the voices in her head is her favorite pastime after annoying her younger sister with her singing. Writing stories full of passion and emotion where love conquers all is her happy pill and she'll forgo sleep to make her readers live the dream.

Excerpt:
She frowned. “What the hell’s happened?” She was quite sure this was not how the spell worked. Granted, she hadn’t exactly read the entire information sheet on the website.
“No one does,” she whined, bouncing on the balls of her feet while staring at the flickering flame of the candle. The thing was more than 20 pages long. It was like reading one of those software agreements. No one read the damn thing. She’d read the instructions and the first page with all the warnings and that was more than enough. Taking a deep breath, she managed to settle her nerves a little. Everyone thought she was the ditsy blonde obsessed with the occult, but she wasn’t. She was a hard worker, impatient when things didn’t go as expected. It was partially the reason why she’d filed through so many relationships. Why stay with a guy when he clearly had nothing to offer? Some of her friends argued that she didn’t give them a chance. She begged to differ. She’d given them a chance, they just hadn’t taken it.
True, her impatience sometimes got her into some trouble but it also saved her from a lot of it. That, however, wasn’t the case now. Annoyed that the spell had gone awry, she brushed back her bangs impatiently. Whatever had happened was not important. The priority was getting Hannah back home. Scanning the room for her discarded laptop, she did a double take.
Obstructing the exit to the living room stood the most gorgeous man she had laid eyes on. He was massive. His head almost brushed the top of the doorframe. His heavily muscled arms were crossed in front of him, his chest bare except for the intricate design of a red-inked tattoo that started around his left nipple and descended across his side to his hip. Low on his hips, he wore a long black skirt made out of what looked like leather.
Hailey hesitated a moment before finally glancing fully at his face. Her breath stilled as their eyes locked. A clear shade of violet, they were not from this world. Swallowing, she took a step backwards without breaking her stare. The stranger’s eyes glittered with curiosity and amusement.
“Careful with the center of the star,” he warned.
Hailey stumbled and froze. His voice was deep and commanding and had a familiar ring to it that sent her senses reeling. Shaking her head slightly, she continued moving away from him.
“Watch—”
Breath exploded from her lungs as she crashed into a shelf, a few ornaments she and Hannah kept, crashing to the floor.
“—out. Are you all right?”
Hailey winced, the back of the shelf digging into her skin, but she nodded anyway. The stranger flashed her a grin that made her knees weak. Hailey swallowed. The urge to see him smile again clawed at her insides like a desperate hunger.
Ignoring her, he glanced down at the pentagram, his silky dark curls framing his strong jaw and straight nose.
“You don’t look like you knew what you were getting into.”
Hailey held on to the bookcase behind her. She was afraid that if she moved the whole thing would topple over her head and she’d wake up, realizing that the man in the center of the room was nothing more than a dream.
“Read the first page of the instructions and didn’t bother to read the rest, huh?”
His eyes lifted to hers with a sassy smirk that lit up his violet eyes. Hailey stared speechless, the urge to touch the man making her palms itch as if she’d stepped into poison ivy.
“Yeah, you never did care what you got into, Ariadne.”
Goose bumps sprouted over her flesh and she released the shelf, rubbing her arms in an attempt to warm her suddenly chilled skin. Ariadne. The name rang in her ears like a long forgotten memory always running at the edge of her vision, just a breadth away from her grasp.
“I—”
No words came out as he carefully watched her face, almost as if saving every detail of her features into his memory. Her mouth felt parched, her tongue too large, as she searched for words that wouldn’t come.
 “Yes?”
Butterflies danced in the pit of her stomach and her chest tightened, making it difficult to breathe. Fear mingled with a strange sense of joy. Names, places, and moments in time danced in the edge of her vision, taunting her to remember them, taunting her to say them aloud but fleeing before she could take hold of them.
“My name isn’t…”
The man raised his dark eyebrows, the shadow of a smile lifting the edge of his full lips.
“I know.”
“Oh.”

Wow wow wow ok are we hot now? See it's book's like these that I need to ask if you are an adult.
